Bringing Care and Connection
Providing love and support to elderly and disabled members of our community who are at risk of loneliness.
Understanding Loneliness
Loneliness can affect anyone — even in a crowded room. It is the deeply human feeling of being disconnected from others, and when left unaddressed, it can take a serious toll on both mental and physical health. Isolation is more common than many realize, and the need for genuine connection is something we all share. At A Caring Place, we recognize this need and are committed to meeting it. With compassion, intention, and expertise, we offer a range of personalized services designed to prevent and reduce loneliness in our community. Whether you are looking to serve or to be served, we welcome you.

All of our services are built on an intergenerational model — one that brings together adults over 60 and young adults in ways that are meaningful and mutually beneficial. Training is provided for all volunteers.
